    Endeavour Awarded Cargo Fleet Contract

    Endeavour Property Services is delighted to have been awarded the contract to carry out the 1st phase refurbishment of Cargo Fleet.

    The 1st Phase of the  project consists of getting the building water tight by renewing the roof coverings and installing new windows. The facade brickwork and feature stone work is to be cleaned, restored and then decorated followed by internal works to form a Bistro & Herritage centre as well as a fully restored reception area which is programmed to be completed as early as March 2011.

    Senior Manager Shaun Cooper said: “We have always looked forward to starting work on Cargo Fleet as it is such a magnificent building, built in 1916 by Teesside iron masters it will be exciting to see it restored back to its former glory."

    EPS has been involved with several flagship developments for Python Properties over the years which includes the Co-operative Building, Linthorpe Road and Royal House, Middlesbrough, we are proud to add Cargo Fleet to our refurbishment portfolio.
